Chinese consumer electronics brand LeEco on monday unveiled its first action camera module, the LeEco Liveman C1 Action Camera. Last week Xiaomi also launched there first camera in this category.
On specifications, the LeEco Liveman C1 Action Camera features a 16-megapixel sensor, a 140 degree wide-angle lens, and G-sensor to support automatic video recording in case any movement is registered. The Liveman C1 Action Camera comes along with a waterproof case, which allows for video shooting up to 40 metres under water. The notable drawback is that it can only record 4K videos at 30fps, whereas the competitors especially, the Xiomai Yi 4K+ can record the same at 60fps. The buttons for Wi-Fi and other functions are located on side along with microSD card slot and Micro-HDMI.
The LeEco Liveman C1 Action Camera sports a 1.8-inch TFT display. The camera comes backed by a 1050mAh battery and has a red square button for recording videos. It weighs around 67 grams. The pricing information is not disclosed by the company. The Liveman C1 Action Camera will be made available in China before January 28.
